Many large clubs, associations, and humanitarian organizations develop gigantic, global network structures with thousands of employees and helpers. As a consequence of this, they must face the major challenge of internally organizing their operations and employees.
Scopeland has developed PerDa, the all-in-one internal administration solution, to provide technical support for all the tasks and process within these associations and organizations.
PerDa covers all the relevant concerns and requirements of these associations and organizations, including:
- Project work and organization
- Human resources and public relations activities
- Personal data management
- Central address data management
- Contract management
The application also includes the following additional functionalities:
- Document management
- Reporting and statistics
- A range of sophisticated static and highly dynamic ad-hoc analyses
- Multilingualism
- Mail integration
PerDa has been used for a number of years in the German section of the private, independent aid organization Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières) in Berlin. The entire system was developed consistently with SCOPELAND, that is, largely without any individual programming code. Iterative prototyping and agile project implementation were used to provide the most effective coverage of content requirements.
Shortly after the application solution was introduced in Berlin, it was adopted by the Austrian section of the organization in Vienna, whose work processes differ considerably. This demonstrates that PerDa is not a rigid application solution, but can be adapted easily and flexibly for use in all different associations or organizations.
