More than 100 partner companies already rely on the collaboration with the Low-Code specialists at Scopeland Technology. They all use the Berlin-based Low-Code technology to push the digitalization of countless processes in the everyday work of their companies forward. One of our SCOPELAND partners offers companies in the food service, retail, and service provider sectors a solution that can digitally display the management of cash registers, inventories, and accounting. To make this a reality, the mtMax GmbH company from Wiesloch in the German Federal State of Baden-Württemberg and provider of the cash register software Kasse Speedy, relies on a partnership with Scopeland Technology. As Martin Schmidt, who runs mtMax along with Dr. Thomas Wengenroth, reveals in the interview, together they still have big plans for this year.
1. How did you end up collaborating with Scopeland Technology?
We compared a wide variety of Low-Code products with one another via an internet search and in the process SCOPELAND appeared to be the most suitable solution for our project. We then took a look at the platform during a one-week product training and came to appreciate the outstanding features of the software solution in detail. All of our requirements were met, so we ultimately decided on an intense collaboration.
2. Why did you choose to work with Low-Code technology? What sets it apart?
The two CIOs of mtMax, left Martin Schmidt and right Dr. Thomas Wemgenroth
When it comes to product development, two aspects are particularly important to us: consistently high code quality and high development speed. Both can be excellently implemented with the Low-Code approach. If you want to build large software products with a small development team, you cannot afford to reinvent everything from scratch. You have to rely on excellent tools that quickly and reliably move you forward. And this is guaranteed with SCOPELAND.
3. What are the benefits of the partnership?
A partnership is a win for both sides. We work closely together and feedback goes straight back to SCOPELAND development, which means that the software solutions can be created faster and with higher quality. Of course at the same time the level of awareness of the SCOPELAND Low-Code environment is increasing. In times of rapid digitalization, a high degree of efficiency is a great advantage.
4. What do you want to achieve with Scopeland Technology this year?
This year the goal is to create a completely generated, hosted system for the administration of a customer and license database, as well as the administration and evaluation of cash register sales data.
5. What are the most important steps for you personally on the path to digitalization?
Our stated goal is to pave the way for digitalization for our customers in the food service, retail, and service sectors. Even in today’s digital age, many of these companies still do not have suitable digital solutions for managing their cash registers, inventory levels, and accounting. Much is still done manually and hand-written. We want to continuously improve this. And we have found the right partner for this with the SCOPELAND Low-Code platform.
We also look forward to working with Mr. Schmidt and Dr. Wengenroth from mtMax and are thrilled about the trust they’re placing in our Low-Code team.
