The central police department of the State of Lower Saxony commissioned Scopeland to develop a software application for the new mobile telephone system of the police and other security forces.

Lower Saxony is a pilot state for the nationwide mobile communications project and the only territorial state among the pilot operators. The comprehensive SCOPELAND-based solution now serves as a template and blueprint, and is offered by the State of Lower Saxony to other federal states for subsequent re-use in accordance with the Kiel agreements.
